I'm overweight and never had any sexual contact. It's like an oval shape area that is half on my hangover stomach and half by my pubic hair. It's real ashy and when I scratch it just falls like flakes but their is still like a dark spot that show you that it's there when I put lotion on it. Can anyone tell me what this is and how or if I can solve this problem?
Please mo joking because this question is really important to me.

It may be a fungal infection similar to 'jock itch'. The overhang area may trap moisture and sweat and causes the fungus to form there. An anti fungal powder or cream may be used to treat this, but consult a physician to be sure what the problem really is.

Sounds like just a rash, or Psoriasis, put some over the counter hydrocortisone cream on it three times a day for one to two weeks, if no better see a doctor or dermatologist

its where your fatty flab is rubbing against your pubic hairs and your skin and is making a rash you need to lose that weight before you have no skin there

You need to see a dermatologist. Without seeing it, it is hard to say what it is.

It's dead skin cells. Wash daily and really be sure you're dry.
