Meats are the worst. mostly because of the fats in then. I have found a hot dog that has zero fat in it and only forty calories. It has less calories than the bun. Lard is made of pigs fat. And cholesterol are in these trans fats that even the government is even trying to get removed from foods.

I am not a doctor so don't count this as 100% correct as far as your diet goes but:
I know cheese and shell fish are high in Cholesterol.

It's only egg yolks that are high in cholesterol, the whites are fine.

really the foods that are high in cholesterol are foods which are already high in saturated fat or that are fried in fatty oil. If they are not high in saturated fat the body can burn them off but saturated fat is really hard to burn off

Dairy - cream - cheese - pate, anything with lots of butter - cream cakes........... eat more fresh fruit and veg and drink loads of water - stay away from white bread and take less sugar - and definately stay away from pre-packed meals... cook everything yourself, you know what`s in it then..........
