Diseases & Conditions - 21 May 2007

I've started like 2 months ago well with cigarettes anyways. Ive smoked cigars for like 2 months before that. But my new girlfriend gets sad when i smoke. And it is really bad for me cause of my heart murmur. But every morning i wake up 3 hours earlier than i should and i can't breathe and i cough my lungs out only after a few months? I try to manage my cigarettes a day. But stress gets the best of me and I sometime miss the max. Whats going on and whats the best way to quit without buying anything?

3 weeks ago I had a semi-unprotected sex . 2 days after that time till now I am feeling tired and scared . I got my tonsils inflamed in the very next day, but recovered within 5 days.
NOw there is a lymph node under my left armpit. when I check it severally it is painful, It has been there for 5 days till now .
I am too much concerned about this. PLease advise

My daughter woke up from her nap yesterday and said she fell off her bed. So we asumed that the bump on her forehead was from that. Well then she developed this rash that is around her face, neck and behind her ears. I have no clue what it is since Im up at NC visiting my family and she is exposed to more stuff than she would at home in FL. It kinda looks like a heat rash. I also have been putting benedryl on her face since yesterday, but this morning her one cheek was redder than yesterday and she's scratching a little bit.
