I had two zits in the middle of my forehead, until i popped them. Now it's just flat and red, it's not a lump anymore. I could tell that the redness is inside, but I don't know how to get rid of them. I really want to try to get rid of some of the redness by Monday. Is this possible? If not, what are some ways that will help to get rid of the scars in a couple weeks?

I wrote in a week ago.. My dad has colon cancer, and has surgery next week.. its been a very trying couple of days while waiting.. After, he will be in hospital for 10 days.. I am jumping ahead I know, but was wondering what it might be like when he gets out of the hospital and is at home. I will be taking care of him, but was wondering if he will be able to manage stairs.. what exactly he will be able to do after such a operation.. I know doctor will tell after, but if there is a way i can prepare for his return home.. a little anxious to know now... appreciate any advice/infor.. thanks,, from a very scared daughter..

I have suffered from severe psoriasis for years. Tried all the over the counter cremes, ointments, lotions, shampoos as well as many prescriptions from dermatologist and my GP. Last week I developed a severe infection in my right ear from the psoriasis getting inside my ear canal and causing the ear to swell shut. My regular GP could not see me so I was "passed along" to a new doctor in the office. This doctor prescribed antibiotic ear drops but said the swelling would have to go down before I could put the drops in, so she prescribed a 6 day pack of oral steroids, Prednizone, to reduce the swelling. With in hours of taking the first dose I noticed the swelling reducing and was able to start the drops. The next day I thought maybe I was imagining things but it seemed that my psoriasis on my elbows, stomach, back ears and scalp was better. I am now on day 5 of the 6 day pack and the psoriasis is 75 % better. I read the insert for the pack, this drug is used for severe psoriasis.

My mom was recently diagnosed with basal joint arthritis. She also has a trigger thumb. She saw a hand specialist, and he wants to perform the surgery on her where they rebuild the joint with a piece of tendon from the forearm. Does anyone have any experience with this? Since i had the abortion i have noticed a yellow discharge but has no odor. The days following the abortion i was having severe abdominal pains and was vomiting, on the day of my follow-up i spoke with the nurse who said it was normal. For several years now, the dr. has been treating me for allergies. BUT even when I take the meds as directed, I still come down w/respiratory infections, at least once per year. On top of that, I take thyroid medication, a daily vitamin, and additional iron supplements yet I'm still exhausted when I get home from work. (The last time I went to the dr he said I was "down a pint," meaning that there is a low red-blood cell count, as I underestood.) Also, I haven't been able to smell anything or taste anything for months now--everything tastes/smells like either wet sawdust or ashes, whether I cook it or eat out, whether it's gas being pumped into the car or flowers. Any comments?? TIA.

Help me with this skin problem????????????
i have boils that are under my arm,on my inner thight,and under my breast,i also have one boil that has attached itself to the top of my crack for about the last 10 years....when that one flares up i can hardly walk it hurts so bad...the ones every where else hurt sometimes they are just more anoying than anything else.....can anyone suggest anything that i can do......doc. claims that it is body acne....derm. claims that it is boils and/or cyst......but no one seems to know how to rid them from my body.......i am married(believe it or not)and i have been married for 7 years and have a child and my husband has never seen me completely naked.....help me please....

I called my doctor and he said it was not possable to have shingles on bothe sides of my body. They are on my face, chest, scalp, back, and no on the back of my leg. I feel like they will never go away. He is checking me for Lupus because I have Thombocytopienia and Hashimoto disorder is there any one out there with these problems too?
