Sometimes the contraceptive pill helps - there is one such called Dianette. You could try Evening Primrose Oil which helps to balance hormones (my GP reckons acne is all down to hormones). Or there is a topical antibiotic you can get from the doctors, which you just apply to your face every day - Zineryt - my 13 year old daughter uses it and it really does work.

Tetracycline, an antibiotic, is sometimes used. There may be other treatments as well. I suggest consulting a dermatologist.
