I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep due to lifes stresses and would like to know if anyone out there has some intellegent advise about valarian and its recommended dosage, side effects and benefits. Is there one form that is best or most effective. Is this the herb of choidce for sleeplessness and/or anxiety? Thanks.

Feel headache and panic all day long since weeks ago.
blood test result saying my WhitebloodCell too low, which is not suppose to lower than 4.0
Would like to know how to overcome this problem. Eyes pain too.
I need more information about what cause the decreasing of WhiteBloodCell.

Every 3 or 4 months I get a red, sensitve patch on my skin in the same area. It itches and swells up. It is usually gone within 3 weeks. I hate it. I think it is ringworm, but how the hell did I get it? I bathe frequently.
