Hello..I am convinced that the arthritis pain is severe and tormenting.Have you been examined and dyagnosed with arthritis? If so I suppose that the orhtopedist has prescribed you medications. One of the best natural remedies for alliviating arthtitis pain is Willow bark extract, which is absolutely harmless and acts like a natural pain-killer and its composition is near to that of the Aspirin. You can see for some capsules etc. It helps the nettle extract too. There are natural Glucosamine, which even cures such conditions really works great..See for those stuff..If you have no improvement, contact me or see again a dictor..Good luck!!

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

The glucosamine and chondroitin is really helpful. As is switching to a high-quality senior food if you haven't already - they're formulated to help joints and bones. Keeping her as active and she can tolerate is good too. The more they lay around, the stiffer they get. Use it or lose it, type thing. We have a 14 y.o old guy and since switching to a senior food, he's become much more active. He's still quite stiff and sore some days, but he has made improvements. We have dermaxx in the cupboard for him, but have not had to use it since switching foods, and adding supplements. Allowing them to chew on real joints (cow and such) can help, too, if that's not too icky for you. You can usually find them in the higher end pet stores, not the big box stores. There are also treats at those stores with the supplements in them, and a few other supplements, for hip and joint problems!

I noticed that the answers you were given above are all things you can ingest to feel better. However, allow me to offer you another alternative. My mother and father both have arthritis, and Reiki (energy healing) worked very well for them. When they are given regular treatments in the areas of concern, their pain either greatly deminishes, or dissapears for prolonged periods of time. However, just like medication, it does not work 100 % of the time, and people all respond to it a little differently. Another alternative may be taking a Chi-Kung class which is Chinese Yoga. It will help you to help yourself, keep your body limber, strengthen bones and connective tissues, and circulate your internal energy. I wish you the best.

I love tart cherry! I used it after a small surgery I had a while back and it relieves swelling and pain. It is available at any decent health food store. Hope it helps!

Or try glucosamine and chondroitin with MSM. The MSM will lubricate and relieve swelling while the Glucosamine and chondroitin actually rebuild the cartilage! My mother is a professor of nursing and she uses it for her arthritis.
