By enhancement do you mean bigger or do you mean work at it longer before blast off.?
The topical numbing creams will help with early pop off.
there are some products in pill form you can buy that will get you going again after initial launch faster.
But there is no thing I can think of that will make it longer or bigger around.
Listen you don't need all that worry about the length and size.

There are no proven topical creams currently that I am aware of. I have researched this. However some of the leading supplements do work. Look on line for the ones that have been on the market for three years or more. Enzyte, and others. They do work.

i heard that enzyte can help...its a medicine can suppose to help it grow...but im not sure...the only thing i know of to make it grow...(and not just some urban legend) is surgury...they can make it only 2-3 inches longer..but no more than that,and as fat as you want it with shooting your own body fat in it...
