Aluminum tubes are joined to form a pyramid. A container of water placed inside the pyramid is alkalized. A dull knife is also said to be sharpened when placed inside the pyramid.

Pyramids can concentrate energy to water, but can not choose the polarity. If you want alkaline water, simple! Store water in copper pot at least 12 hours and you have ionised alkaline and even a little structured water!!!
But make sure that copper pot is stored ona wooden table, or surface, so that electric charges do not flow to earth. You can have the shape of pot like a pyramid if you like, to enhance the aura of water

If you want to change the pH of pure water from 7.0 to something greater than 7.0 try adding ammonia that will do it every time.
