My metabolism is TOO fast!
For example:
After a lot of exercising during P.E, I ate a very filling lunch. I can't tell you how hungry I got! I had horible sharp pains that were killing me that I only get when I am completely dying of hunger. It hurt to laugh, to move, to breath sharply. It was horrible!
It has never been this bad, I mean sometimes I get so so hungry no matter how filling my meals are, or no matter how nutricious they are.
Is there I can do to slow down my metabolism just a little bit? I don't keep food in my backpack, and even if I did, I wouldn't be able to stuff enough food in there to keep me full.
I am tall and very thin, but I am also athletic. Even as a really little kid, I have had a really fast metabolism, but now it is out of hand!
