Hey! I am going to my annual physical on Monday at 3. I am 14 female. I have a neighbor who has a sevre problem with fleas, yes he has a cat. How can he deal with the fleas in such a way that they will not be back

His father was around at the time but he did not know that he was supposed to put ice on the area to prevent swelling so it is now swollen. This happened approximately eight hours ago. Im 23, male. recently im smelling quite unpleasant down there. Im not a pervert to check out my own scent but its pretty obvious. This is the first time im having this problem.
