For me the side effects of stress are extreme tiredness and I look very ill until de-stressed, a craving for alcohol and/or chocolate and sleep.
So that's what I do. Drink something alcoholic, eat some chocolate and go to bed. Better that than end up aggressive and angry. It'll do you no good and may even harm others.
Find a release.
As for websites, I'm sorry I don't know any.

Stress can also affect your blood pressure by sending it sky high, so you should try and eliminate the cause of the stress, even if this means changing your job, or moving away. Your health comes first, everything else second, so see a doctor soon to make sure your BP is OK and you are not courting a heart attack. Hope you sort it out soon. Good luck.

Be cool always ! Otherwise side effects of too much stress is very dangerios results in to ill health problems. So, try to take a long breaths when you are feeling too much stress. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to take the benifits of oxygen to your body. Walk regularly and don't be alone to avoid unnecessary thinking.
Eat natural seasonable fruits and necessary vitamins after consulting your family doctor.
Or else do yoga , meditation and read books on positive thinking like THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING.

yeah... that sounds like stress. you feel angry all the time because you feel frustrated -- that's stress. i was in that phase too. you need to find yourself an outlet -- something that you enjoy doing or look forward to.

in my case, physically -- what happened was i was working and going to school at the same time. i had to adjust my time because i took public transportation which is usually 2 hours before school. the stress of not having enough sleep, skipping meals, dehydration and fatigue -- took its toll on my health. during that time i constantly vomitted, and my nose would bleed all the time and would take a long time for it to stop. i was almost anemic because it would bleed constantly. i was dizzy all the time and i had a bad case of migraine -- that's stress to a higher level.

Stress can do almost anything. Give you a rash, make your hair fall out, give you spots on your eyelids, any health weakness you may have will be vulnerable if your body is exhausted. But really I have to agree with the dude earlier, see a doctor.

Eliminate the cause of stress. I'm not going to tell you what the side-effects are because that will give you more reason to get even more stressed.

This isn't the place to ask such questions - get yourself to a doctor & tell them everything that is going thru your head.

Good luck!
