because my mom says its unhealthy to sleep in bras because it wares down you sholders and that ur brests need to air out or wtf. but all my friends sleep in them and I'v heard Madona has perfect boobs because she sleept in a bra every night

Nothing wrong with it if it's not uncomfortable to you. There is research that shows a VERY small relation between wearing a tight fitting bra and increase in breast cancer, but I'm assuming that you must be comfortable in that bra, or you wouldn't sleep in it. So as long as it's pretty stretchy or loose, it's fine. I wouldn't chance wearing a support bra or a form fitting one though.

I never heard of it being bad, just damn uncomfortable. Madonna has perfect boobs because she has the money available to have a plastic surgeon on speed dial.

I sleep in mine and I think my boobs look fine. How do yours look? If they look fine then it's ok to where a bra when you are asleep.

yes it is bad for ur breast becuz they need growing room while u sleep & u want big boobs right lol well u might want to stop & tell ur friends to to.

No it is just a matter of preference. Do what makes you feel comfortable. Everyone is different. Sometimes I sleep in mine and other times it just bugs me. :-)

I would think that your breasts need air sometimes but I can't see it being bad for you, maybe uncomfortable though...

my gramas told me that many times too...but i sleep in my bra and mine are just fine.
