I am 33 and have anxiety. I no longer have insurance and i'm finding it so hard to just get thru my day. I have a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old I am constantly running after but my heart starts beating so hard I actually start coughing. It's constant.
I lost 160 pounds thru diet & exercise and exercise is a crucial part of my life now. I can't even do that anymore. My heart feels like it'll explode.
Please, if you have any calming suggestions, anything that will help me besides drugs, I would be forever greatful!

the periodontists are relentless-they want me to make a career out of going to them-now they say gum surgery. What a nightmare that is and I don't believe it will solve anything as the bacteria returns. I am convinced there is a kinder, less intrusive, healthier way of dealing with this-anyone have experience with alternative methods??????

My TSH report has come out showing my count to be 6.29. Is it very worst? Does it means that my thyroid gland can never be normal? can i lead a normal life? presently i am undergoing stress can this be a reason to this? I am 28 yrs female is FYI. Please help me.

Its so funny to hear your voice after you inhale the gas. I have heard of Astronauts and deep sea divers that have to breath helium for weeks as part of their training, so I always thought that it was harmless. But when I was at the store buying balloons these two little ladies behind the counter insisted that I never let the children play with the helium because it causes brain damage. I personally don't think so but maybe I'm wrong.

I am 70. I have to take vitamin D orally; but when I work outside in the heat and sun (gardening) my legs break out in "hives" or a heat rash that itches terribly and I have to come inside and sit down until it subsides. This affects my lower extremities only, i.e., knees to feet and elbows to fingers. I also take Neurontin for peripheral edema. Is this too much D?

I got really pissed. but since then i have had a chance to check out what they said. And i do have to agree with them. 90% of the American women are obese. from children to adults. also the men too. My question is why the hell did they let this happen to them. Im 6'2 weigh 216 lbs. so i carry my weight pretty good. Do you think we all should go on a diet lol. im not singling no certain person out. if i have offended anyone, im sorry but its the truth if you just look around you.

well i went to the emergency room 2 days ago because i wasnt feeling well , i felt short breathed. like it was difficult to breath, my stomach was hurting like crazy,i cant eat, everytime i try it gets so hard like im hungry but i just cant :[ its been like this for a week and that doctor said im fine.. but i dont feel fine im aching everywhere im ganna go to the doctors again soon, n im also gettign a fever.. anyone know what this means?

Yesterday we started school again and this one boy came up to me and snuggled his face by me chest! N then said , " Wow, your breasts are nice and warm." What the heck was that supposed to mean? Care for himself. This is a friend Father and he is so weak cant stand! He was in Hospital for a couple days ONLY! Where can she get ElderCare/ Info. for Help Also Does she have a case for Suing the Hospital/ Doctors?
