well 4.5 is rather small. I feel small myself at 7.5 sometimes .
But I have had no complaints about how I use what I have. I guess most men like to brag about the biggest ****. But truth be told most women do not really enjoy over sized penis. So if you and whom ever you get with are pleased with your size that's the bottom line. I to have masturbated since I found that thing between my legs. I am married and still masturbate I guess that comes with marriage, LOL. I am 45, well keep on stroking and have fun with it.!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are referring to the erect size being 4.5", that may be completely normal for you. Penis size is determined by things that we cannot control like our genetic make-up. You are only 17, so I wouldn't be too worried just yet. It is possible for you to continue to grow for a few more years. The best thing to do is learn to be comfortable with your body and as long as your erections seem to be normal and no pain is associated with them, just learn how to use what you have.

Yes it is normal. There is only 2 inch of penis enough to satisfy a woman. woman's orgasm depends on mind, size does not the matter. masturbation does not effect your regular size , but effect that day if you want to do sex after masturbation with in an one hour.

Don't worry about the size...If erection occurs and you are able to masturbate and achieve climax...that is it.....But restrict the number of times you masturbate in a week because in case of any health problems you will psychologically feel that the problem is due to masturbation. I started masturbation in my teens and I was very very lean and I used to think that it was because of that only.
I know it is very difficult to get rid of masturbation. I continued it till marriage.

well that is unusual with all respect but the average is about 5.5-6.0 inches so i would say that you are still growing
