I am a small build but I am thick....not fat . I just have thick legs and on the back of my legs I have a little bit of cellulite and I really want to smooth that out . What is the best way to do that?....cardio or weight training b/c I do both.

My best advice is cardio, as weight training may make the cellulite more apparent and 'bulk out' so to speak. Cardio will lean your entire body down, then I would work more on building the muscle after this.

Ointments, pills, and other similar options are not so efficient at doing away with dimply skin from cellulite. The top tactic is to consume much healthier foods by eating a lot of fruit and veggies, and implementing a well-planned workout program that includes both cardio and resistance training. If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLtD

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Well, I think lots of cardio and weight training will help.
But you can also buy some over the counter stuff--I think it's by Loreal--but I used it and it worked. It's a little pricey, but if it's what you want then why not!?...

You don't say how heavy you were before working out and how heavy you are now, but I'm assuming since you say "extra skin" isn't going away that you lost significant weight. In that case, the extra skin WON'T go away. It was stretched to its maximum point and the only way that extra loose skin is going to go away is if you have cosmetic surgery to fix it. If you have cellulite on this extra skin that won't go away either, it will always look a bit distorted if you've lost significant weight.

Keep up the cardio but do it first think in the morning before eating or taking part in any other activity. This way your body is more likely to burn fat. Do specific weight movements for your legs. Like squat, leg curls, calf raises, etc. Clean up your diet. Eat 6 half-size clean meals a day to speed up your metabolism. Take a ***herbal*** fat burner supplement.

You gotta do both...the cardio to lose fat over all and then strength training to tighten the area up.
