and I am so swollen that when you push in on my legs the finger marks stay in my leg for several minutes before going away. I am on 40mg of Lasix per daya nd it is not helping at all. If it were congestive heart failure would Ibe having other symptoms besides the swelling? What could be causing this? My diet is almost sodium free. This is affecting my quality of life and I am getting very scared. I have a doctor's appointment on the 16th, but I just wanted some opinions today. I woke up so swollen I can barely walk.

In anticipation of an injury settlement offer regarding a slip and fall injury within a grocery store, I am interested in the ramifications of accepting a settlement. Our medical insurance company will be reimbursed upon settlement for expenses they have paid to date. My concern is will our medical insurance pay any further claims related to this injury once we have accepted a settlement from the grocer. Our attorney is all in favor of accepting a settlement and does not foresee a problem with the insurance covering any future claims that are as a result of the slip and fall. Of course the attorney wants us to settle, money in his pocket. The injured party has already had a procedure done on her lower back which has given her significant relief. However, it still flares up on occasion and we feel it is not a question of if she will need further medical intervention, but when. Any advice from those that are in the know about such things will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

At the park, I saw a man sleeping with his mouth open. A fly went inside his mouth. The man was awoken by this, but he didn't know what happened. So he just chewed it and went back to sleep. Will this man fall sick now?

I've heard these things evolve out of eating dodgy pork and can grow up to 2 metres long INSIDE YOUR INTESTINES!!! The thought of it distresses me and I must check somehow before it comes dangling up through my throat or bursts out through my chest!!

I have no reason to be unhappy, everything is fine - I am going to Paris, I have an apartment, I will be finished with my thesis soon...Still, I just feel like crying but I can't... I wish I actually could, maybe I would feel better if I cried. Maybe it is this whole Good-bye process - leaving universtiy, quitting my apartment... Maybe I am just tired...Any suggestions, how I can kick myself out of the hole I am stuck in??? No, it doesn't help to tell myself that I am lucky and that I should be happy...

Do you know the causes of thrush if its left for along time untreated?
I have it in my guts ,intestines, bladder and bowels also recently my throat and tongue.
I went to see my gp but she didnt understand it she thought it can only be in the vagina.
She gave me some tablets but these didn't work.
Now i am underweight because the thrush is eating all my nutrients and i feel ill most of the time.
I've felt this way for 6 years and rarely leave the house because i feel so bad.
I don't want to see my gp as she didnt understand my problem last time.
I have 2 small kids and a husband that loves me very much and this has ruined my life.
Does anyone know of any treatment avaliable for this kind of thing? Or any advice would be great.
Thanks xxxx

Can you have just HIV/AIDS with no other STDS (like herpes or syphilis) also? I was told that everyone with HIV also has herpes. So I was wondering if anyone could verify this. Also does having a STD help contribute to getting HIV/AIDS?

As you can tell, I haven't had any children yet. But I always believed that it just comes natural, yet my sister-in-law said that her cousin had to have a c-section because she didn't know how to push. I thought that was a ludicrous statement, I thought the real reason was because the baby was so large that it couldn't pass. If I'm wrong, I'm open to learn.
