ie: headaches, stomach pains & jumpy heart beat, be a sign of depression?

Headache and stomach aches, yes. Jumpy heartbeat, no. It sounds to me more like anxiety, which can easily be mistaken for depression. Do you occasional have an anxious feeling? Like you're waiting for something. Do you worry about things out of your control? Do you have trouble sleeping? Are you constantly tense to the point that your muscles ache? Those are all signs of anxiety. A doctor could diagnose you and prescribe you Lexapro (or something similar) if your symptoms don't go away on their own.

could be more of a sign of anxiety or perhaps an underlying medical condition. Contact a medical professional and get it checked out. It could be nothing but stress. But, better safe than sorry.

Those symptoms are more a sign of high anxiety or stress than depression. Perhaps you should see your doctor, have a check up that includes blood pressure and such..
