Okay... So I am 17 years old, only 5'3 and I weigh about 115 pounds. My weight is healthy and I'm a little toned, so I'm not complaining. However, I would really like to lose a few pounds, maybe 5 or 10 (alright, that's in my dreams! :p) and I would need advice. I lost 10 pounds since the beginning of summer, 'cause I tend to put on weight during the school year since I study really hard and can't find enought time to work out. I also work in a summer camp, wich helps ;) My breakfasts contain about 200 calories, my lunches 450 and I don't know about my diner, but I think it's a little (okay, a lot) more. I eat well. So I was wondering,
1. What else could I do to lose an extra 5 pounds quickly (I already exercice every night)?
2. My mother cooks diner meet in butter all the time, and she puts a lot and won't listen to me when I ask her to stop. What can I do about it?
3. What can I do to prevent gaining weight this school year?
4. How many calories a da should I take?
