about a two months ago i noticed some bumps on m penis they are small in clutters and only last a week but they will disapear for a day and come back for another week and its been going on like this for two months

Sounds like herpes. No lie, and Im not joking like the rest of these people. You need to get to the doctor and dont have ANY sexual contact when you have these bumps until you go to the doctor.
