as mentioned before found a small hard lump in the side of my neck about 1.5 inches below my ear. i though i would add somemore info. the lump is just under 1cm and is not mobile and feels attached under skin. i have had the lump for more then 8 weeks now. I now have some neck pain and stiffness but still no pain from the lump as such. I'm early 20's with fatigue, headaches and occasional bouts of extreme itchiness lasting a few minutes on my chest and back. Any idea what it could be?

how fast could you run a mile? Just curious. . I ran my first mile today and it was in 13 minutes. I wasn't trying for speed .. . more so just distance. I am just wondeirng how good or bad that is! Also . . what can you do to prevent chafing?

Not only is the pimple that I picked more noticable and worse... there seems to be a hard core that has formed as a result of me agrivating the tissue... unfortunatley my frustration led to me sticking a pin into this "hard core" and just blood came out when I squeezed it more (bad me). What should I do now.... apply heat? ice? any creams? pleaseee help.

Just to let everyone know, I do take a benzo for what it's intended for and I have a presciption. I'm not a pill head or a pill popper. I have a really bad anxiety problem and I've been on 15 different medications like all the SSRIs, SNRIs ect ... and the BZs are the only type of medication that helps me with my anxiety.
I think people really over react when it comes to BZs. Some peope act like you're no different than a junkie or someone buying heroin off the street and I think that's so stupid. I know they're very addictive, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hello Experts,
I have been experiencing this for a while now. Every morning when I brush and tongue-clean, I have this sensation of throwing up(which I think is normal). But I observe a slightly thick and slightly yellowish liquid comes out while throwing up like that. I had been diagnosed with hiatel hernia 2 years ago, went thro' medication to suppress acid and heart burns and so on.
This liquid is sour in taste in my mouth.

Does this have anything to do with serious issues in my stomach?. Pls guide me ..I 'm jobless and can't afford a insurance-less doctor visit..Thanks much

it is clear and clumpy like jello, kinda like sticky-stretchy hands you stick to the wall, type of ejaculation. It has a strong odor and isn't white like 'normal'. Is something wrong with my boyfriend? Can this be a good prevention of pregnancy? What can he do to make it so it goes back to normal?

it is sticky, jello-like, and very odd. It has a strong odor. Not like a 'normal' clumpy, but like a piece of jello clumpy. clear, not white, kind of like the sticky hands you stick to the wall. stinks like semen, but stronger. he found it odd also, please help!!!

I have seen dentist after dentist who don't really want to help me since they said it's not covered under dental insuraance. I even a therapist who gave me useless exercises. My pain is unbearable at times and I cannot do anything but lie down in bed. I am pregnant so I cannot take anti-swelling pain medication...is there any kind of specialist physician you can recommend for me to find? and some home remedies that can knock away the pain fast?

I have rosacea on my face. I have been taking metro gel and it has helped some what, but still some redness to the face. I was reading that rosacea may be a yeast infection and I started to apply Lamisil to my face and the redness has cleared up some what. It comes and goes, but now I can actually go some time without redness. Has anyone cured their rosacea? I heard about a product called Threelac. I actually think I might have a yeast infection (candida) on the face. I suffered from a bad internal yeast infection and cleared it up with a yeast free diet years ago. I think my body couldn't get rid of the yeast fast enough and it started to use my skin to get rid of it. That is just my theory. I am also allergic to yeast and wheat, but didn't find this out until after i turned 30. My body is probably full of dead yeast!

Even when i use an exercise mat, the end of my spine hurts. I tried them lying on my bed (pillow top mattress) and I didn't feel back pain.
