Ever since I started talking Lexapro, I've been yawning a lot. Also, I feel tired too.

Yawning is not just a sign of being tired..it is also a sign of dehydration..make sure you are hydrated enough in the day..the indicator for being hydrated enough is when your urine is clear...not yellow. Then, if it is so....and you are still yawning...make sure you get a good sleep :)

Oh, in addition, Lexapro can causeyou to dehydrate through sweating and through increasing your breath rate and therefore making your mouth dry. If it is causing you problems then see your doctor for a regulation to the dose you are taking :)

Yes, it's normal to yawn. The Lexapro might be making you tired. I don't know how long you've been taking it but sometimes it's just a temporary side affect. If this continues too much longer I would call my doctor and mention it.

Actually when there is a more amount of carbondioxide in ur lungs, you will yamn. It happens naturally when ur lungs are in need of oxygen. So every time u yawn, u intake more oxygen since ur lungs needs it immediately
