Place one foot on the toilet stool (only the bottom of your shoe touches the toilet so its clean)the other on the floor ,that's the best way to remove and put in a new tampon, make sure you have the wet wipes with you in your purse, use after removing the old tampon and that way you are always fresh.Make sure you change the tampons as often as needed to prevent any bacteria building inside your vaginal area from not changing often enough. I assumed the question was about a public bathroom .

Hmmmm, I am wondering why you ask this question..perhaps you are planning on having SRS and therefore thinking you need to use these at some point in your life?
Highly discouraged to change a tampon on the toilet..or even rest the foot on the toilet when inserting a tampon..it should be a clean, germ free insertion of the tampon...and toilets are havens for germs!!!
We learn to insert these from reading the packet instructions initialy..and the feeling of it once it is in place.
If it is not inserted correctly ...a woman can get toxic shock syndrome and it can be life threatening!!!

They don't have to. Some squat or either put one foot on the toilet. And then some sit on the toilet to use a tampon. You can also lie in the bathtub.

Depends on how they prefer to put it in. They don't HAVE to sit on the toilet, but they can.
