You are going to have to get your body to adjust to night sleep again. Don't sleep in the day for one day, keep your self awake until noon with caffeine, then your body will be tired enoughto sleep at night.

Ah this is a common problem for me. What has happened is that your days and nights have been switched due to staying up too late. The way to fix that is to stay awake all night and fight your sleepiness through out the day. Now I know from experiance that this will be difficult but you can do it slower. If you go to sleep at 8 AM then everyday go to bed 2 hours later. This will take a while but it will work. I think of it as doing a back flip with my sleeping habits. Your just stuck upside down.

whatever you do, try not to get hooked on sleeping pills. they're good every once in a while but not good if you are addicted. but you should force yourself to stay up doing the day so you will be tired at night.
