Hello im trying to find out what exactly you do in bootcamp and how hard it is was just trying to find out like per say each day how far do you run, how many pushups stuff like that right now im training by running every day right now i can only run about a mile but i should be up to a few miles in a week or so and what other kind of conditioning should i do besides running? and is there any particular books or anything i can get that will help me get through bootcamp?

I've been with my girlfriend for a year now but we're both pretty inexperienced and we've been taking things really slowly. Recently we moved on to what I suppose you would call "heavy petting"......touching each other down there.

When she touches me I always get a hard on and I always get an orgasm, but I can't seem to do the same for her. It's quite difficult to get my fingers inside her and it seems quite uncomfortable for her. What should I be doing to give her an orgasm?

Please, I really need some good honest advice, not anything stupid. I just want to be able to give her what she gives me, because she's not really enjoying it just now.

NPD = narcisistic personality disorder. (Do a websearch for the details.) My wife appears to have this disorder, according to the licensed therapist. We are going through a divorce that appears to be caused by this condition. We have two young kids - ages 5 and 7. She does not see the destruction and harm she is doing. She really thinks everything is okay. I've always thought it was "normal" for her. All the experts - therapists, lawyers, priests - have all told us - especially her - that she has no grounds for a divorce and she is acting irrational. Living in CA, a no-fault divorce state, nothing can stop her from disolving the marriage. However, a mental disorder can stop her from getting any form of visitation or custody of the kids. Not good for NPD. Experts say it will be a bad backwards slide after the divorce for her. Experts are also agree that my kids will need therapy b/c of the negative impact NPD parents have on their kids and their psyche. Any advice will help.

I've been drinking one for breakfast since I was 15, but recently (I'm 5"5 and 110lbs) I kicked it up to one for lunch as well to lose 5 or 10 pounds. How long does it take on the diet to see results, especially when trying to lose that difficult "last ten pounds"? And any recipe ideas for low-calorie dinners?

I've had all 4 of my "wisdom teeth" pulled, but before that, the one on my upper left rear had crushed the molar next to it. There's about a third of the tooth now missing and what was left had a big cavity because of it. I told my dentist (who is very good) that I wanted to have it pulled but he enthusiastically said he just wants to fix it.

So, I went through having a root canal and big filling. That was going great for several months, but one day I was eating and the filling came out (doesn't surprise me because I tend to gnash that tooth with my lowers). Now, there's basically a missing chunk and valley in the tooth and one of the remaining peaks is continuously being ground away.

I don't necessarily want to fix it again if this will keep happening. If you are a pro', please tell me what you think and what problems I may encounter if I just leave it as it is now.

What is the average age of a baby starting to crawl? I'm asking because of my granddaughter and I can't remember that far back. When my kids were little, they were supposed to sleep on their tummies and now they have to sleep on their backs. I think since our kids slept on their tummies way back they had more chance to pull up on their knees in the crib when they woke up. She's not crawling yet === not that I'm worried as all kids are different and she's smart. I'm just curious. When did your child start to crawl?
