I eat right. No red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If I get hungry between a meal, I drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner no later than 6pm.
I exercise at 5am every day. I do 30 mins (plus 5 minute cool down) on the eliptical, 20 minutes (plus 5 minute cool down) on the stair climber, 30 minutes (plus 5 minute cool down) on a stationary bike. When I'm done with that I go do weight room cicuit training to build muscle. I don't want to look like a guy, so I do smaller weights but more reps, and longer motions in the arms. Then I go back and do a 30 (plus 5 minute cool down) jog on the treadmil before hitting the showers and comming home.

well, i just started doing Billy Blanks Tae Bo 8 minute workout (morning, afternoon, and before I go to sleep). I also dance so thats a good cardio workout in itself. I also started to do crunches and belly dancing routine as well. This is an everyday thing that I started. Ive lost 3.5 lbs since I started last Sunday. And for toning my arms I lift light weights.

monday: off day
tuesday: back with focus on lats, triceps, obliques, calves
wednesday:20 minutes of light cardio
thursday: shoulders, trapezius, abdominals
friday: 20 minutes of light cardio
saturday: quads, hamstrings, abductors, adductors, calves, obliques
sunday: chest with focus on upper chest, biceps, forearms
i believe in weak point training--focus on what is weakest--so don't really have a favorite workout/muscle group
all the exercises above are done in the gym--so 6 days a week at the gym outta 7
don't take supplements--only take whey protein and eating healthy--has put on 22lbs of muscle in a year while maintaining body fat (9%)

I don't take supplements and I don't go to the gym. (I'm cheap.) I run five to seven miles for six days a week and then do some light weight lifting three times a week. If I can't run, then I bike for about an hour.

I have work monday-friday and I do not get home until 6:30pm monday-thursday (1:00 on fridays). I find some simple things to do are: rollerblade up and down my street for a half hour. Before I take a shower, do jumping jacks, sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, etc.
