If your doctors have recommended treatment with interferon, I would do it. Your lab test may be coming back abnormal and even though you may feel just fine, the labs are not and interferon is recommended. Remember that the problem with chronic acute hepatitis C is that it will cause problems in the future, specifically liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, kidney problems. Treatment will improve your chances that this will not occur. Think of it as an investment for the future.
