Statisically speaking there is no social good from the sex industry as far as pornography or prositution is concerned. It causes disasterous consequences even above those relating to the mental and emotional harm it causes. Just think of this statistic, the average age of 'women' when they begin pornography or prositution is 12! And 1 in 5 pictures of pornography is of someone under the age of 18. Any money made by the businesses that barter in these industries is far outweighted by the social evil it perpetrates.

The "sex industry" is not a separate entity. Many "legitimate" companies benefit form sex by the sale or helping produce the product. The thing is they do not do it directly (diffrent names) but they still get the cash. That cash can be used to build the company or given to charity cases. Its heart breaking but true! The benefits of porn are endless ... unless you are the one being used!

actually the sex industry also helps people find jobs... when the government sucks so bad...they are pushed to go this way... everybody needs a living right....

actually those people do not find good job they mostly diverted to this industries .
and this type of industries should be not good for civilization ..
finally from this industries there is no such benefits ...
