GO TO THE DOCTOR THATS NOT NORMAL! IT COULD BE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT THINGS.

It could be poor circulation in those parts of your body too. Try doing some exercising, like walking and moving your hands around to increase the blood flood. Massage your head to bring the blood to the surface. Do you have diabetes or any other condition? Are you eating properly, with enough blood sugar to last in between meals? It could be low blood sugar, and a good healthy snack could help (like carrots.) Try doing some stretches in the morning to move your blood around to all parts of your body. (You could have slept on a certain side to make that side more prone to being numb.) Ask your doctor what else you can do.

Check with your doctor cause numbness and tingling can also be a sign of possible heart attach. I'm not a doctor so you should certainly check with one and yes could be just a circulation issue.

the hand numbness could be caused from corpal tunnel syndrome. I have just been diagnosed with that. I thought I had arthritis in my hands. I could not hold onto anything. But then she started talking about numbness in my hands and when I said yes, that's what she said it was.

You should go see a chiropractor. It could be something as simple as a compressed nerve. If that doesn't work then you may need to make an appointment with a neurologist to make sure you are ok.

This could be a few different things...It could be signs of diabetes or low blood sugar. It could be signs of migraines. If it is followed by a bad head ache or nausea..that would be my diagnosis. It could also be stroke...but that is unlikely. You should discuss this with your doctor. Hope it turns out ok. best of luck.

it could be a pinched nerve. However, in rare cases, tingling on one side of the body could be caused by a cranial blood clot (A stroke) If u experience more neurological symptoms, you should call your doctor.
