I am wanting to learn to do fusible applique and I know the steps but what I am worrying about is if I do a scene, maybe a winter scene and there is lots of layering, how can my sewing machine handle it? Do I need a special machine to do fusible applique? How do I cut down on the bulk without making a super simple looking picture?

Back when I was in kindergarden, they had this craft thing where we pressed an image into a very thin, bendable little sheet of metal. Does anyone know where I can find small pieces like that?

I have a snow globe collection (not much, just 18) but I heard from somewhere that if you have a collection and you sell it when you're older, it's gonna be worth more the cost when you bought them. Does that also work for snow globes? I also just started a coin and smiley things collection. Will that also work for those?

I have a few questions. I went to a coin shop and found two coins. Both are graded AU by NGC.

The first coin is a AU 1884 Morgan dollar graded by NGC it is on sale for $55

The second coin is a AU 1890 Morgan dollar graded by NGC (personally I think this coin could easily be graded MS-60, quite a bit of mint luster present) it is on sale for $65.

Which coin should I purchase?

These kits have a printed picture. Some are of animals others are scenic printed pictures. They come with white glue, colored twine, different colored glass and gravel. Once the mosaic is completed you are able to frame the piece with the frame that is included in the kit.

I'm trying to make a wall hanging for my son that has Swarovski crystals all over it. I've never used the crystals before and I'm not quite sure where to begin. I would like to know:

1. What tool should I use to attach them? A hot fix tool? Hot glue? Some other type of glue?
2. What size crystals should I use?
3. How much should I pay for crystals?
4. Where can I get the crystals in bulk for a decent price?

I want to engrave and gold plate a desert eagle.

I don't want to just put it up on my wall though, I actually want to take it to shooting ranges and carry it around with me for personal protection.

With excessive use will the engravings or the gold plating get damaged or worn? Is their a way to fight against this such as using a jewelery cloth on the gun every morning?
