What is the best 18" quilting hand hoop?Where can i buy it?

Im looking for a new 18" quilting hand hoop for my mom.I would like to find something good and thick,i have taken her to joann fabrics,hobby lobby and other craft stores and she says they are cheaply made and not thick enough.Can you help me find the best hand hoops and where to buy them?

Instead of craft stores, go to quilting shops. They will have the quality she wants. There should be some in your local yellow pages.

I have used the same 18" quilting hoop for 20 years, and it was the cheapest on the market on the time. Kacky is right - go to a quilting shop or get one online.
