My mom gave me a neche (spelling?) sewing machine that she doesn't need anymore, probably about 7 years old. She said it needs to be oiled-- what on earth does that mean? I have NOOO clue how to sew, but I see all these adorable patterns at Joann's and Wal Mart. How can I learn to sew clothes for myself!? DO I need to measure myself? I've sewn maybe twice in my life, both baby blankets where all I did was hem the edges and they were horribly crooked lines lol. Where on earth do I start? I want to someday make clothes for my kids and grandkids too!!! I'd ask my mom but she doesn't go beyond pillows and curtains.... thanks all!

I have table decorations, balloons, plates, banners, hats, cards....and lots of pictures. I was just going to put the pictures in an album and throw all the other stuff in a cute memory type box, but I want something a little neater & something I can show off. I'm not really artsy or creative, so I want something that'll be cute & simple & memorable.

PLEASE READ!!! ( I KNOW ITS LONG, SORRY!!) i am a 10th grade boy and i have a couple of girl- friends, who are my best friends. i just met them this summer. i dont like any of them as a girlfriend, but one of them likes me. i dont like her so much and i tried to push her away by telling her i have a girlfriend in 7th grade (which i just recently broke up with) and it worked. too good. she wont even talk to me anymore. but in the summer she asked me to paint her a picture of something for her b day nov 2nd. (im kinda an artist) .....i have no clue what to paint!! i tried a pic of her but it didnt go out do well, and a unicorn on a hill with a rainbow is too gay......PLEASE HELP ME!! i need my best friend back and i have to get her back by a painting....PLEASE GIVE ME A SUGGESTION OF SOMETHING TO DRAW!!! i tried everthing!!! I'm so impatient sometimes. I see a picture online and I want to make it right away, even if I don't have the pattern lol. Could someone give me the pattern for this scarf? While I'm still young (13), I want to make a good exposing cosplay because I know how to sew/make armor/that stuff. I'm 5,6 and a C cup and I'M NOT FAT (tis scary when fat people cosplay).... I was thinking either Kid or Miki from Chrono Cross. I'm a detail freak so I'd want it to be close to my measurements. I want to do this before I turn old and wrinkly!
