Your supplies will be dictated by the projects you choose to do. You may want hand needles, different lengths of pins, a pincushion, and a seam ripper.
There are millions of other gadgets that you will need, depending on the projects that come up. A rotary cutter and mat with a couple of quilting rulers is always handy for cutting perfectly straight lines.
If you don't have a big dining table, you may want to invest in a folding, wheeled craft table for when you need to spread out your fabric.
