I'm so impatient sometimes. I see a picture online and I want to make it right away, even if I don't have the pattern lol. Could someone give me the pattern for this scarf? I can't wait to go to the store and buy the magazine (is it even still on shelves?). I must start now! It's too beautiful and I have the perfect yarn.

Do you mean the free pattern downloads they have on their site? The montego bay scarf pattern isn't available there. Can you purchase individual patterns? I'm not really interested in anything in the summer issue besides the scarf.

Interweave knits has a library of their old patterns available in .pdf format. You may find it on their website

Go to www.interweave.com and see if this back issue is still available (it may be sold out completely, many of their issues sell out completely) or try www.yarn.com (Webs) to see if they have a copy. If not, Interweave will sell the individual pattern to you for about $4 US. It is a copyrighted pattern and even though the issue may be OOP the copyright is still in force and it is illegal to copy it for someone else's use.

Summer 2007 is now a "back issue" and is readily available from the publisher. There have been at least two issues since then (Fall and Holiday).

Me, I believe I missed the Summer issue ... might be time to subscribe.
