Hey, does anyone have any experience reconstructing damaged animal skulls or bones? A co-worker gave me a fox skull that someone stepped on (that's how they found it) and it is now in four large pieces. What sort of glue have you had luck with on bone? Thanks! Oh it was found while they were out hiking!

Does anyone know how to get rid of that stinky smell that dried starfish emit? I've been buying these from Michael's cuz I think they're cool and I wanted to decorate with them, but the odor is so repulsive that I'm afraid to hang them up. Someone suggested soaking them in alcohol, but won't that ruin them?

It's a 1st birthday for a boy and we have everything planned but the centerpeice. Was thinking of something with a palm tree in center with animals around it but it sounds boring. this penny appears to be silver and as mentioned has slightly more magnetic value than a regular copper penny. I am aware they made steel pennies for the war in 43 but I am unaware of any penny made of any different mineral besides copper in 67. Any ideas would be apperciated.

I am trying to find a patten for making really nice puppets. You know the Professional type. I am a fairly good seamstress. I would like to try and make a few puppets for our travling puppet team because the team wants a few characters that I can not find to buy. I am looking for a cross stitch chart of Lincoln University in Christchurch. Would anyone know where I could get one or a copy of one. Alternatively is there somewhere in NZ who does these charts for people. I have used a company in UK before, but it was very expensive.

Ever since he was a child, he has been making wild creations from cardboard - He starts making his Halloween costume in July - he will think it up in his head, draw it on paper, and now that he is older he is researching materials to work with plastic. His Halloween costumes are absolutely amazing. Is there a school for that kind of work? He's really talented - this is what he should do with his life. I was thinking an apprenticeship somewhere? But I'm not sure where. Please help.

My friend really likes the old scifi show Firefly (there's a movie based off of it called Serenity) and I want to make him a stuffed Serenity (the spaceship is called Serenity) for Christmas. I know it will probably take a while so that's why I want to start it now. Does anyone have any advice for making my own pattern to make it? If someone has or has found a free Serenity spaceship pattern, that would be great! (Sprinkle a lot of dry humor on that last comment) But really, any hints?
