Where can I find a free pattern for making a puppet with a moving mouth and arm rods?

I am trying to find a patten for making really nice puppets. You know the Professional type. I am a fairly good seamstress. I would like to try and make a few puppets for our travling puppet team because the team wants a few characters that I can not find to buy. I need the pattern to be free as we are a non-profit team that works for the minisry. Please help. Thank you!!!
