My late husband had a huge amount of baseball cards and other types of trading cards. I have no room for all of these. Does anyone know of stores near Blackburg, Roanoke, or Radford Virginia that buy trading cards as well as sell them?

I've thought of ebay, but I don't have the money to post there.

Thanks.

I have built my own RC Car, i am pretty sure that i have put everything together right since i checked it about 25 times.

But as soon as I plug the battery into in the car goes hurtling forwards at alarming speed, (BEFORE IT IS EVEN SWITCHED ON!).

If someone knows whats wrong please tell me. :)

Why are the two faces of coins and medals and suchlike designated "obverse" and "reverse" instead of something more obvious like "front" and "back?" There must be an excellent historical reason, and I'd love to know what it is.

My daughter and I just got a large box of assorted seashells at a yard sale. We would like to know the correct names. We have a few books and have found a few of the shells in them but there are many more. They are not local shells. Is there anyplace online where we might get some help? I know there must be thousands of different kinds of seashells and no site will picture them all, but any help will be appreciated.

I don't want to sew a hundred pieces together when I'm done so I was wondering if the work would get really heavy toward the end (for example).

I'm trying to learn how to program music into my anvil studio, but I'm having a hard time doing so because I don't know how to read music. Do you know any sites that contains sheet music with the notes labled. Like if a note is "A" then it has it labled. I must learn to reconize the notes before I can do anything with them, and I think that this might be a good step in the right direction. Your help is greatly appreciated.

We are creating a haunted maze for a fundraising event. We want it to be really scary for the kids (up to 14 years old) but not too gory so the parents won't freak out. We don't want to spend thousands of dollars on crazy animatronix and stuff. Know of a website with discount props and decorations or have some do-it-ourself iseas? please help! (helpful ideas only please)
