The frayed work can be used on pocket and around collar for trim also, sleeves are cut for 3/4 length

Mmm. Not a pattern, per se, but how long do you want the trim? Let's say a two-inch long fray that goes for eight inches around a sleeve. I'd cut a rectangle that's 2 and 5/8 inches wide and 9 and 1/4 inches long (to account for seam allowances). I'd sew a straight line 5/8ths from the edge all the way across (so the fringe doesn't ravel into the seam allowance), and zig-zag the seam allowance at the top and sides (to finish the edge). Then I'd cut the fabric from the edge to the straight line (2 inches) every 1/4 inch or so. And then I'd throw it into the washing machine, which would fray it very well. (Be sure you pre-shrunk the material!) Voila, frayed edging!
