As long as it's your own walls that's fine.
Don't think you've got the right to deface other peoples property, 'cos you haven't.
If you're a talented artist, then put your work onto canvas, not walls.

depends what ur doin is it tags or gay lil things if your gonna waste wall do somthing worth while practise loads and dont screw up or get caught! and if ur over 18 grow up

you put a writing implement in your hand then draw or write whatever you want......surely you already know this if you've managed to type out a question? lol

Uhhh, don't do it!! Just do it on paper, cardboard, or wood ( not trees - boards of wood.)

use krylon paint it doesnt run unless you want it too - do your own art - keep it from your soul -
