Do you think that the Sit-N-Go single table tournaments is a matter of luck or do believe the great players can consistantly win in these tournaments?

When every I play these tournaments it seems like it is a lot of luck involved-it basically a "crap-shoot".

What do you think?

I've heard that Full Tilt is still business as usual, except you have to use a debit card to deposit and get paid by check. How is that not illegal? Does anyone know if there are plans to close the loophole they're using? Can anyone give me first hand confirmation that Full Tilt still accepts American players and deposits?

I'm doing some research on gambling in Japan and have found plenty of stuff about pachinko but absolutely nothing about pachislot. Where can I find information about the prevalence of pachislot, the size of the market, and an explanation of pachislot versus pachinko - what's the difference? Why do people prefer one over the other? Thanks in advance!

You are the treasurer of some group. It's your job to gather up the cash and buy lottery tickets for a large group of people every week. The numbers are random picks. One of the tickets hits for 240 million dollars. Would you call everyone and spread that joy fairly, or claim the ticket that won was from your own money and you picked the numbers?

Ok you're on the button so you throw out a small raise with 98 off. One caller. You miss the flop (say 3 5 J). Opponent checks, you bet 2x the big blind, and he calls. Turn doesnt help (another 5 or whatever) he checks again. Now what? Fire again? If you check back you're basically running up the white flag. Bet again and you might lose more. I know this can kinda be situation by situation but just thought it'd be fun to get some feedback.
