share the joy ! of course. I don't think I could live with the guilt of this huge windfall if I don't share it - and I'm sure this $$ will somehow find its way out of my hands much sooner than later. Over here, we do (quite frequently) buy and share such tickets - but the leader ALWAYS write out all the tickets numbers and each person is given a list of the numbers.

If i am the treasurer of some group. And It's my job to gather up the cash and buy lottery tickets for a large group of people every week. If One of the tickets hits for 240 million dollars. I would call everyone and spread that joy fairly, n i'll not claim the ticket that won was from your own money.i would probably tell every one of the group n give the money.

Seriously? Only 2 people who answered got that this was just a joke, a pervy joke, but still, just a joke. The moment I read that last part, I got it. At first, I really thought that this was about actually answering with a legitimate answer about the lotto, read the rest, and laughed a little inside. Read the other answers just to see if anyone paid any attention and nope, almost none did. Just goes to show you people here simply want to give their opinion about something immediately instead of reading the full question first, then answering. Oh well. I got a good laugh. And no one wants to hang out with our senior citizens....jeez!

All a person has that is of any real value is their honesty, dignity and character. All the rest is just paper to be shred and thrown from windows as the parade passes by.

I would most certainly share it with everybody! Your latter thought is not even an option to me! And that is probably why the world looks the way it does! Because this is how humans think nowadays... Sad, don't you think?
