Im getting quotes and they ask what type of print..Ive seen the stamped chips and they are a bit plain..laser stickers look great but i dont know if they come off.. and im not sure if screen printing scratches off...help please!

Stamped is nice because you can get pretty unique designs that are permanent, and it doesn't interfere with the remaining design of the chip.
If you're getting a ton done, you can buy a hot stamp machine for a couple hundred dollars. It's better than paying a company extra money per-chip to stamp them. I linked to an example below.

Laser stickers are fine and used in most casinos I've never seen them come off, Screen printed chips will wear off.
