Of the games you listed, Blackjack offers the best odds if played correctly. Craps has the best odds offered in the casino. In Craps, a bet can be placed behind the line called an odds bet that is paid at true odds. Some casinos offer you the opportunity to double, triple or even put ten times the amount of your pass line bet behind the line. The more they allow the better the odds for the player.

Blackjack has the lowest house-advantage of all the casino games in America. In Europe, where there is single-zero roulette, roulette has the lowest house-advantage. This is why roulette is much more popular in Europe than it is in the U.S.
If you look around you can find single-zero roulette in the US. It usually has a higher minimum bet than the other double-zero tables.

blackjack if you play correctly the house only has a 1% advantage over you, but the game with the best odds for you is actually craps!

Blackjack of the games you noted, but if you can learn how to play craps it is my understanding that the odds are better for that game.
