Depends where you play where I play hardways are off during come outs .Ask before you bet.

Yes! Both Anthony C & Diana H have very good answers. It is the player's responsibility to call them off on the come out rolls.

it is usually your option as to weather they work or not ,some joints they always work on come out some they are always off on come out unless you say otherwise
