I want to lose a few more pounds and I keep hearing how great green tea is to boost your metabolism and how it's full of antioxidants. Is it as effective when it's iced, or do you have to drink it hot?

Every restaurant (fast food or Dine-in) including but not limited to Subway, McDonald's, Burger King, Gardunos, Olive Garden, TGI-Fridays... all use the same slicers, ovens, and sam oil to prepare all foods.
so a kosher meat, lets say beef, is cooked in the same oil that is previously used to cook pork ...which makes the beef non-kosher too. Is there a law that prevents that from happening or should there be a law against this?

This is what I did today, wokeup at 10:30 and ate cheerio's with 1 cup of organic milk, at 1 went running, 1/2 mile continuously, little break 1 more lap and then sprinted 8 100 yards. then walked1/4 of a mile, I cant come at 4 and ate 1 1/2 peices of healthy sourdogh bread with 4 peices of sliced turkey- not the nasty preservative filled ones and then ate 1 cup of apple sauce and 50 sunflower seeds.
I left before I had a chancee to eat lunch
is this unhealthy

Like I despised olives, love em now
also my mum says 'I never bought you up eating that crap' referring to mushy peas which I love.

I also eat a lot of west indian foods since moving to london, that are now a regular part of my diet cos I live with my west indian boyfriend (I love fried plaintin, hard dough bread, sarsparilla, gunniess punch, jerk chicken, curry goat etc etc etc . . . )
