There are so many.... but if i could hire, I would hire Ferran Adria from El Bulli restaurant in spain. He is the walking book in molecular gastronomy and innovation.

Keith Floyd. He's a cook, I think, rather than a Chef, but you know the wine would flow, the conversation would be good and the food stupendous without being pretentious.

The food...whatever was fresh, to hand and recommended by Floyd.

I love that man....

And I would hire YahooGuru2u! I would let him prepare his favorite BBQ. The food would be outstanding, the conversation charming, the scenery ravishing... all combined with the smell of the sweet outdoors. Need I say more?

Sorry But I wouldn't hire anyone I do all my own cooking and always have since I was 13. I am to picky I have a passion for food and care to much about it to have anyone else cook for me. Every meal I cook is like a new adventure for me and I can't wait to share it with my friends/family.
