I'm studying to get my masters and I have some major hard exams wednesday and throughout the rest of the year. What types of foods are good for thinking and retaining information?? or aren't there??

no there aren't any foods that give you extra memory impossible the best way to pass is 1.dont get nervous before the exam
2.study so hard for the test

3.and dont think that you will fail trust yourself

Food period. But more on the healthier side. Brain food I think it is just a myth, that is my opinion thou. I would eat lots of vegies and fruit. While I was studing. But yet a balanced meal.

Pears, bluberries, the smell of vanilla or cinnamon( takes the stress away.)
