A candy and an edible fungus.

The candy is chocolate ganache based, Often mixed with nuts or fruit and rolled in nuts or dusted with cocoa powder

The fungus come is black and white varieties. used in cooking and found by the use of pigs trained to root them out.

there are two types of truffles, there are very expensive mushrooms that only grow in season and there is a chocolate called a truffle that is very fluffy, i think it is whipped with air. it can sometimes be expensive too but it's really good.
