Certain stores carry different items at their branch. It is possible that they do sell it, but maybe not at the moment. It might not be shelved yet, it might have been sold out, etc.

I work for a grocery store and we do monthly slow mover reports. If an item is consistently a slow mover then they may discontinue it and fill the space with something that sells better. It's all about $ and space is $. You can probably special order it in case quantities if the manager will do that for you. Good luck.

Ask the management. You can also request it, and sometimes store managers will comply if there's enough demand for a product.

Go to the customer service desk at your store. Maybe they'll add it for you and others, or at least get it in for you upon request.
