no... the pasta may cook some, but the meat will likely be frozed... boil them until they are about 3/4 of the way done and then add them to your sauce.

Your choice of heating the ravioli in the sauce will work,...but if you think it will save time, it won't. Heating the frozen ravioli will require a slow watched process as the frozen pasta will have to thaw before it begins to heat.
Another idea would be to put your ravioli into the micro-wave and run a defrost cycle first, to thaw before heating. Or even just let them sit in a bowl of water in the refrigerator til you are ready to heat them.
If you can avoid heating them in your sauce from frozen do so,..as pasta will likely start to cook again as it thaws and re-heats causing it to be mushy and clumped together.
Once your pasta is thawed even if just slightly frozen , then you can add it to your sauce as long as you sauce is very hot.
Now just simmer for a very short time and serve.

What I do with this is to boil the pasta, drain it in the collander, and while the pasta is draining, put my sauce in the same pot, on low heat. Pour the pasta, still hot, back into the pot of now warm sauce. It will be ready in less time than it takes to open a bag of pre-mixed salad greens to go along with it.

to cook the ravioli they should boil. If you truly boil the sauce it'll stick and burn before your raviolis are cooked. take the time for the extra step you'll be happy that you did.

If you don't mind the extra starch that the pasta gives off as it cooks ruining the taste and texture of your sauce,,,,then, yeah you can.

No, they'll be rubbery outside & cold inside.
The water reaches a higher temperature than the sauce.

if you're trying to get the meat cooked fast, try microwaving it on the defrost setting.
